
CAROLYN SOYARS
Carolyn Soyars (also known as Carolyn Edwards) is a musician, songwriter, and music rights professional. She formed 3D Picnic in February 1987 with Dallas Don Burnet (who later joined Thelonious Monster and formed the band Lutefisk). The band toured and released three albums on Cargo Records before disbanding in 1992. After fronting the band Spindle from 1992 – 1994, she went on to have a career in music publishing and performed occasionally with artists such as The Negro Problem, Stew, and Kristian Hoffman, as well as releasing an eponymous solo album in 2006. She lives in Ventura County with her husband and fellow Loteria participant Dave Soyars, and their cats Molly and Roscoe. Carolyn has played keyboards and or/sung on at least 15 albums
